Climate-controlled storage for quartz billets, sapphire boules, and ceramic blanks, with incoming QC quarantine zone.

CNC Machining Center

Five 5-axis CNC grinding and milling machines for precision cylindrical, flat, and profile grinding. Coolant systems help prevent thermal deformation.

Diamond Wire Saw Area

Precision slicing for quartz and sapphire wafers with controlled cutting conditions to minimize surface damage.

Polishing & Lapping Room

Multi-stage lapping and polishing lines for optical and industrial-grade surface finishing, with Ra down to <0.05 μm.

Thermal Processing Zone

Hydrogen-oxygen flame working station for tube bending, welding, flaring, and annealing in a controlled environment.

Cleanroom & Packaging

ISO Class 7 cleanroom for final cleaning, inspection, and vacuum packaging.
